I agree with your friend absolutely.
It makes sense if you think about it. You aren’t trying to hold the guy hostage or just injure him. You weren’t in fear for your life if you held them hostage, just injured him or had the time to tactfully shoot him in the pinky toe. You unload your weapon into their center mass (the biggest target) until they stop moving. Not when they fall to the ground... They can still shoot you from the ground. You shoot them until they stop moving. That’s when you know they can’t pull a gun out of their pocket to shoot you with.
And the only statement I would be giving your cop buddy is, “I was in fear for my life. Here’s the weapon that was discharged (point to where you have it on the GROUND... not on you for God’s sake). You may have free access to my dwelling to investigate. I’m not making any other statements until I see my lawyer.” (They are getting access regardless. Just come off as the good guy. I mean you are! As long as they understand you walk free while protecting yourself at the same time.)

Not a gun but the ceramic plate carrier that I run. Pretty light, I keep it no frills. Six primary weapon system mags three secondary weapon system mags, a 1911 holster and a IFAK. III% or die gentlemen.

If you're wondering why I'm running standard GI mags its because my pmags are much thicker and when shooting prone they present a much higher profile for me. GI mags allow me to get closer to the ground when prone and also you don't have to worry about the feed lips spreading over time. I've almost completely gotten rid of all polymer magazines because of this issue. When it's a hundred and twenty degrees in your truck several days in that heat will completely destroy PMAG feed lip specs on fully loaded magazines. Pretty disappointing... I've even tried the new Generation poly mags. The new feed lip covers help quite a bit but that's just more shit for me to lose I've gone strictly back to GI mags. You might dent the feed lips on the old school metal mags but they're more reliable and cheaper in my experience. Okay let the debates begin!

Have you guys seen the standard manufacturing sko shorty shotgun I just saw it for the first time not bad for 500 bucks its semi auto magizine fed u can even put a 25 round drum on it imagine shooting 25 12 gauge shells in your house lmfao of u can't get the job done with that u deserve to lose lol

Looks cool but how is it better than a Saiga? I have not researched it at all so its a legitimate question.
I love the 10-round stick mags but hate beta mags, without constant graphite they seem to stick on me. Maybe mines just junk, it is really old, one of the first generation ones.
