I'll log my meals tomorrow. I do not do cardio. I do have an office job (IT director). I use 1mg Arimidex eod. Nipples are slightly puffy and sensitive but not too bad. Most of my training is high weight 5 reps at the beginning of compound for 2 sets, then 15 to 20 reps after to maximize pumps for 3 to 4 sets. I probably do 5 to 6 different exercises each body part. So let's say on back and bicep day, I'll do 6 exercises 5 sets each for back and then usually 5 more exercise for biceps. Then if I do that bar row for example, I will do 6 plates for 5 reps for 2 sets, then 3 sets on 4 plates for 12 to 20 reps.
