To answer the ephedra question- The reason the can sell it is because it lacks the active alkaloids. Ephedra is herbal garbage- it's just a technique to sell more product. Ephedra won't do anything your just feeling all of the other stims.

ephedra is not garbage. it contains ephedrine and pseudoephedrine. a long time ago I bought quite a bit of an ephedra product, standardized to contain 30mg of ephedrine. it was good stuff.
there is a loophole. as long as the ephedra product contains no active alkaloids, its legal. the equivalent of buying a big fat bag of stems and seeds and calling it marijuana.
the selling point in this case is a fraud.

100% correct. That's actually what I meant. I know it was unclear. The original ephedra was great. Like the stuff in the original ripped fuel. I meant what they call ephedra now is shit.

Muscle tech nano two scoops and I didn't sleep for 48 hrs! And I have tried everything at least once!
I use phenylpiracetam and find it works pretty well. I don't use any stims because my pulse is too high anyway.
