Even I agree. There is a much higher number of insults, etc on an uncensored forum than a censored forum. It comes with the territory. The most strictly moderated forums have the least number of insults/abuse. If this is your measuring stick for a good vs bad forum, then the answer is clear.

What I'd like to hear is a specific proposal for improving the forum through increasing moderation. Complaining is easy. What do you propose? Are you a man with a plan? Or do you just want to complain?
