Losing Muscle!!!

I had a goal to build more muscle. Years training for performance and staying as light as possible.i Never incorporated heavy lifting into anything. I changed that when i was looking to prepare myself for my first AAS cycle (10 weeks ago) I limited my cardio to a 1 mile jog daily and lifted as heavy as i could, month in i noticed results, more than i expected in a month. Then i find the idea that it is better, effective, less dangerous and so on to have less than 15% body fat when you do AAS. I was sitting here trying to get as big as possible before pinning. Again i changed, i started a diet and my workouts were as follows, Insanity, 4 mile run on 1.5 incline 6mph , then do my heavy lifting because i want to keep the muscle. I dropped 25lbs lost 7% body fat AND NOW I FEEL LIKE IM SARTING TO LOSE MUSCLE. I am currently 5'11 198 lbs. 18% BF. Should i say fuck it and start now? Will AAS help lower body fat % ? Whats the best way to lower body fat and build muscle at the same time?
 
What's your diet look like? What cycle are you running?

Imo cardio doesn't help put on muscle.

It doesn't directly for sure but indirectly it can help by increasing cardiorespiratory fitness and efficiency. Your heart is a muscle. The better it works the better blood flow you will have, the easier you'll recover between sets and when you sleep, the better the nutrients will flow throughout your body etc.
 
@Rocco the Dog i took a urinalysis 10 weeks ago and i have just been monitering it on my scale since , its a .5 difference . @Big_paul since i started cutting weight , i wake up at 7 have a protein shake with 1 egg 1 banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter, snack apple or orange at 9 , noon i have lunch, normally fish or steak , today i had Mexican enchilada baked stuffed bell pepper- corn, blackbeans, ground turkey, bellpepper around 400 calories, .. salad with every lunch. then a protein shake around 4 workout around 430 finish anywhere from 7-8 go home protein shake with 1 egg 1 banana 1 tbl spoon of peanut butter then round 9 i have a small dinner either fruit , protein shake or small peice of chicken or steak
 
@Heynow im sorry i didnt clarify i have always done squats,but your right i had never done dead lifts or press until 10 weeks ago, i think thats why i got quick results,but i started all variations for the last 10 weeks and i dont plan on stopping , ever!!!!!

10 week cycle:
250mg TestE 3.5 days
100mg Tren 3.5 days
.25mg arimidex eod
250 i/u hcg 3.5 days (2 weeks in)

pct 3 weeks after last pin
clomid 300mg Day1
100mg for next ten day
50mg for last ten days
open to criticism , opinions, advice, preferences, any shared knowledge or experience

You need to build lean body mass. Test will work well and lots of cardio like Docd said.

When you lose the bf, too much cardio takes away from size and strength.

how long have you been training heavy and how old are you ?

I'm guessing late 20's? i think you should just run test man, i wouldn't do tren if its your first time - if you run test where you're at you'll be looking at a good body recomp (burn fat/gain muscle).

if you wanna get the most out of the cycle you should train heavy for at least 6 months. but if i was in that position i know id be jumping on now.

If you are losing muscle it is because your glucocorticoid hormones are higher than the androgenic hormones. The glucocorticoid hormones have the exact opposite effect on the muscle by sending an order to release the protein synthesis. By using steroids your body will store more muscle than it releases because the glucocorticoid hormones will be at a disadvantage. Testosterone does not lower the body fat but it can raise it by converting to Estrogen so if your goal is to be as lean as possible you better start using an Anti-Estrogen like aromasin which in my opinion is one of the best from the start. If I have anything to update to this post I will.

In PCT, I'm planing on trying to use 10mg of dianabol daily with anti-estrogen and HCG. I'll keep you guys updated when I start pct which is a long time from now since I still didn't even start the cycle.

If you want to put on muscle or bulk up you want from 3500 to 4700 of calories. 400 is not enough. I also think that's a lot of cardio. When I was reading your post it seemed very complicated. Try and adopt a much more simplified plan and get back to basics. Remember the KISS protocol- Keep it simple stupid (no of fence intended). Find your sweet spot where you balance out a high caloric intake to build muscle but not too much to the point of getting fat and enough cardio to balance things out but not burn muscle too. Also for steroids to work well, most need these macros (calories, protein,carbs, fat, sodium) to have maximum results. Good luck.
