Ghrelin (AKA GHRP-6 ) is one of the few peptides used by BB that has actually been reasonably well studied. This peptide is released by specific stomach cells which eventually make their way to stimulate the "hunger response" within the hypothalamus of the CNS. However Ghrelin also causes a brief increase in GH levels.
However GHRP-2, a Ghrelin analog, has also been studied, yet in a MUCH more LIMITED fashion, and it too seems to increase the "hunger response" and the secretion of endogenous GH.
Now fellas before you run to the store or log onto the web in search of GHRP-2 vendor nearest you, understand the study I posted was performed on those who received A GHRP INFUSION!
No doubt the results in this study are likely to be much more impressive than what one would observe with episodic injections, primarily bc the half life of GHRP like most peptides is VERY SHORT, on the order of MINUTES!
