So i got my order in this weekend. and at first iwas pleased until i looked into my order. I order 3x50ct 25mg aromasin. i asked astro if he could split the dose for me to 12.5mg caps, he said yes no problem. it took just under a month to get my order (that was just under $900) and i come to find that the aromasin i order and asked to be 12.5 was dosed at 20mg. i can't use this cuz its too high of a dose. and i was told that i should just split them to get 10mg. i can't split them. and they def won't measure out to be exactly 10mg. but thats wasn't the point i contacted astro, its been a bit difficult trying to resolve this. i didn't order 20mg aromasin. i order 25mg (split in 12,5mg doses) not to mention that i paid for 3750mg and only received 3000mg. i offered to send back the 20mg caps and get what i ordered and haven't resolved anything yet. I'm not one to throw a fit over nothing but I've been really patient, first waiting for my order then putting my cycle on hold for this mistake. if I'm being a bitch then let me know but i just think if i paid for it and was told i would get something that i ordered i expected to get just that. i offered to send back the aromasin and get something else i could use like HCG if i couldn't get them dosed at 12,5mg like i was told before. I'm trying to be very flexible but I'm not getting much help to resolve this problem.
If you guys dont agree let me know. but i just think this is something that should be resolved.
 
You can never send back, don't waste your time asking. I don't think any ugl would be dumb enough to accept returns.

thats fine but am i just shit out of luck on the money i spent on the aromasin then? i think thats fucked up that i spent almost 200 on aromasin and now I'm eating that loss? i didn't mess anything up, i made it clear before i paid that i wanted 12,5mg and i was told yes sure i can do that no problem. so do you think astro shouldn't try and resolve this in anyway?

I've tried to resolve a order problem with you privately but after weeks of empty promises, I'm forced to bring out here to be resolved.

Your products are outstanding but the service on this issue have been horrible. I'm asking you to address it civilly and professionally, will you give your word here?

Astro has been VERY busy lately and has been under attack due to a mess up with his tren (other sources also had bad tren..I think it was tren)

I've been following astro for awhile hes a very busy guy, as are all UGL, and I believe this isnt his full time job, give him some time and hope everything gets resolved.

its not that i didn't give him time. I've talked to him thru email 2-3 times and when i first brought up the problem he didn't own up to it being a problem just said bro split the pills. thats hardly a resolution to my problem. never once did he offer to send me the correct caps i ordered i have no problem waiting for my order but he hasn't said he would wend me it he just said oh well split it into half and go with it, didn't even mention how i was shorted 750mg of the caps. i just want what i paid for, no more no less.
 
Is 6+ weeks enough time to wait? It's been weeks of excuses and empty promises. I'm not a newbie here and don't expect things overnight but 2+ months isn't acceptable. This is the LAST thing I want to do but I've gotten no where of the boards. I won't air the details unless I'm ignored. I respect astro and his products and want to resolve this without any other details if possible.
 
What type of timeline are you guys seeing from date of order? Most people seem very happy with delivery times and process. Previously I have not had any issues. Definitely understand a legit ugl getting overwhelmed and busy though.
 
ive received my order already. its about 22+ days just under 4 weeks. and like i said i dont mind waiting if i get wheat i paid for. and yes most ppl were very happy with delivery time nd cusomter srrivce i was perfectly fine with the wait because astro was always in contact with me about my order. but its just the not trying to resolve the mistake part that I'm having a problem with
 
Well, to follow up the last 4-5 posts I just want to say ASTRO IS THE FUCKING SHIZZNITT!!! Those of you who are aware of the Bold Cyp issue I had should be aware. Astro Not only replace the Bold but threw in 3 extra Sust 450's. Thank you Astro! Fuck yeah!!!
 
E*mail him and wait. Jezze I've never heard of so many dam whiney brats. Every time I look on this thread. Email or pm him and wait a while. One thing I know about astro is he always rights his wrongs even if its not his mistake. IMO he is faster than ebay or Amazon customer sevice and they have a million reps he is just one man doing it all so have a little patience people.

Yes, you have legit concern, however airing tranactional details absolutely do nothing to solve the issue. It only validates and verifies to LE tranactions are occurring (as if they didn't anyway). Your concerns could have been posted without the transactional details and have just as much impact. Risks are part of this game, why blatantly paint a target on a good source and yourself, as well. Good luck. Besides, I'm sure he will have somone in his vast staff jump on this ASAP!:rolleyes:
 
How come this thread is like those from a censored board? Peeps got flame when airing their discontent... I guess that's human nature.. When shit not happening to you but others, it's acceptable... Lol
 
Being busy is no excuse for dropping customer service. It's the nature of the game....sources get busy and communication is the first thing that shuts down, but if someone doesn't respond to email or PM, then it should be acceptable to post in their source thread. I don't consider that whining.

Thank you beedix and sc0rcher, exactly my point. If you only knew the amount of time, pm's, emails etc that I have tried to do to resolve this. This wasn't a minor order either. I only want what was missing from my order which is about 40% of the items I didn't get.
